We consulted Dr Ashish Mehta to get a hearing aid for my mother. We have already taken her to a couple of places but somehow we were never satisfied to make the purchase. However, at Amplyclear, things were different as Dr Ashish took a lot of time to explain the situation and explained the options properly. It was a total homely atmosphere and my mother felt really comfortable. She has been using the hearing aid for more than an year now and its working totally fine. I had been suffering from mild to moderate hearing loss for the last 5 to 6 years. I met Mr Mehta back in 2014 when I was looking for a replacement for my hearing aid as it was not very satisfactory. I faced lot of difficulty with the older one so before joining college my parents decided to check the viability of the aid. Mr Mehta suggested a better model which truly transformed my life. He has given such a aid that I still find difficult to part with(6yrs and still going on). He is very professional and sincere. He can quickly identify your problem and assess the situation accordingly. He is also very humble and patience. If you gat a chance to meet him I am sure you will not be disappointed. **** A long and Honest Review. Please read ***** Wonderful experience at Amplyclear Clinic with Ashish and Sadhna. My mother was having problems hearing lately and we thought of getting her Audiometry tests done. we got her Audiometry tests done with a couple of good ENT Specialists and with the report we visited to Amplyclear clinic. Sadhna, at Amplyclear clinic informed us that the reports were inaccurate. She insisted to get an audiometry tests done there which was free completely. Audiometry tests at Amplyclear showed a different and less hearing loss as compared to the one done at those ENT clinics. There we got to know that ENTs are not trained to be Audiologist. Ashish gave us myriad options of hearing aids suiting my mom's needs. He never forced to buy one. We went back home after having a word with Ashish. I checked the hearing aids suggested by Ashish and after considering, we went ahead with Amplyclear clinic. Its been 2.5 months, the hearing aids are perfect. Absolutely customer centric. Both Ashish and Sadhna at Amplyclear clinic are always thinking about solving the customer problems making them the best in Dwarka. I have already referred a couple of customers to them. We contacted Mr.Mehta during our search to replace an analog hearing aid for my Grandfather. Post a hearing test and active feedback from my grandfather we finalized on a digital pair. My grandfather is satisfied about the experience and the product. Mr. Mehta went out of his way to bring my grandpa at ease and adjust with the product over a weeks’ time. It was after a long time that I got a professional advice for hearing. I had a very experience initially with a hearing aid vendor- I call him a ' vendor' and not a ' specialist'. Then I landed up with another audiologist. It was not to my satisfaction. Finally , I did lot of research on internet and learnt that it is not the price of hearing aid but a good audiologist- that is needed. I stumbled upon Amplyclear and I found Mr Mehta as a very capable audiologist who gives professional advice and his programming of the hearing aid is superb. I wish him all success. I contacted Dr Ashish to check the hearing loss of my mother who is 90. She was using a hearing aid earlier which had stopped being effective long time ago. I had got another set fitted for her last year which was on trial basis but didn't yield required results. However, I wanted to try again which took me to Amplyclear Hearing and Speech Clinic wherein I came into contact with Dr Ashish who was considering enough to check my mother's hearing levels in the comfortable environment of home. He told me that she had a profound loss but there's a possibility of her hearing through a properly tuned high frequency hearing aid. He came and fitted it and my mother was quite receptive to the machine and she responded really well for the first day. Brilliant experience - with reference of my friends, when I first visited Mr. Mehta, I was overloaded with confusion, doubt and apprehension. My confusion was how to explain him the typical problem uncommon crack hearing. My doubt was on his ability to diagnose and process of resolution. My apprehension was on his price quotation. But when I stepped in and was welcomed by Mr. Mehta, I imbibed a sense of satisfaction. A very well behaved, ever smiled, intelligent and eager to help gentle man discussed with me and understood the uncommon hearing problem. He narrated the A-Z of hearing issues and convinced me how we jointly overcome such problem. He provide me the best suited digital aids on most competitive price. His extensive experience programmed it so well that I need not to revisit with any problem. Most interestingly, though in business he is not a greedy man to exploit the customer, rather provides to more than expected.
